Our return process has been made even easier with new package-free drop-off locations across Canada, and we encourage you to try this method of return for instant results. 

There are 78 dropoff locations across Canada. Dropping off to ReturnBear is free and has faster processing times so you get your refund or exchange even faster.

If you need to make a return (for a refund or store credit), or an exchange in Canada, we’re working to make this as quick and convenient as possible for you.

You’ll need your Order Number and Email Address to get started. You can easily find your order number on the confirmation email sent when your order was placed or on the packing slip included with your ZippyJamz.

You can return items that meet our Return Policy via mail-in or package-and- label-free drop-off at ReturnBear locations across Canada.

Our new drop-off return option means you won’t need to repack items or print off any shipping labels, and you’ll be able to instantly return your item - no more wondering when we will get it :)

We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices at ZippyJamz.
