Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the ZippyJamz Shipping Policy.

Orders placed on our website ship from our warehouse in New Hamburg Ontario, Canada.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are generally processed and shipped within one to two days from the day they were placed (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will ship on the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in readying the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 We are unable to guarantee exact shipping timelines once your order has been provided to the courier

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In Canada and the US, a flat rate, $12.00 shipping fee is applied to your order if it is under $80.00 before taxes and after applicable discounts. All orders over $80.00 ship for free in Canada and the US.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions and customs processing for international orders.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If you have provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

ZippyJamz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ZippyJamz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delays

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to influence courier processing timelines. Occasionally delays may occur depending on courier volumes and policies.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are incorrectly addressed and subsequently undeliverable or refused at destination are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method. Refused, insufficient address or undeliverable packages that are returned to us can be refunded less all shipping charges - deducted from your original payment. If the package is requested to be reshipped, shipping charges will apply.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

ZippyJamz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely entered addresses. If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that address adjustments can be made.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Canada and the USA as well as internationally.
