Refund policy

We have a risk free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, with the exception of sale priced final sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

• All sale priced/discounted items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All ZippyJamz purchased from one of our Retail Partners must be returned/exchanged at the establishment of initial purchase.
• All ZippyJamz purchased from Amazon can be returned via Amazon at no charge within the return window.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We stand behind the quality of our ZippyJamz and are happy to provide refunds or replacements at our discretion for items with manufacturing flaws or defects within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@zippyjamz.com with your receipt from the point of sale, or order number and photos of the flaw.

This guarantee does not apply to reasonable or expected wear from washing or day to day use - the way ZippyJamz are worn varies between users and is outside of our control.

ZippyJamz organic cotton sleepers and rompers are manufactured from 100% organic cotton, a durable but natural fiber, without woven plastics or synthetic fibers in the knees or elbows for reinforcement. As a result, wear on these areas may occur when in repeated contact with rough surfaces - for example, during the crawling stage. It is recommended to use additional protections over the knee during this time to protect your cotton ZippyJamz,
